AIA Triangle
* Social media strategy
AIA Triangle is a local chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The 800+ member organization acts as advocates for the value that architects bring to the table and provide resources to architects which allows them to achieve their very best work.
AIA Triangle had a social media presence, but lacked a strategy. The organization reached out for guidance on how to improve and grow its current efforts.
I conducted a full social media audit, which then informed an in-depth social media strategy to help AIA Triangle reach its goals of increasing awareness as well as creating conversations and dialogue with its audiences on social media.
“I cannot recommend Morgan Trachtman highly enough.
I met Morgan through several of her SkillPop classes and was incredibly impressed by her depth of knowledge and experience. I was reminded that we had worked together in the past and I was impressed with her even then. When it came to hiring someone to help us with our social media, we didn't even consider anyone else.
When we first met with Morgan, our organization had several social media accounts, but were inconsistent with our posting and our messages. We were excited to receive Morgan's initial audit, expecting that she would reiterate that we had a social media presence but nothing more. We were blown away by the depth of her initial report -- her assessment of our posts, what was working and not working, who we were reaching, and what our audiences wanted to know from us. It was more than we expected.
When she submitted her final report to us, again, it was much more than we had imagined. The level of detail and insight she delivered was incredible. Not only was it a thorough assessment of our platforms, our posts and messages and their impact (or lack thereof), but she created a vision for what our social media could be, then provided the map to help us get there.
Working with Morgan has been extraordinary. We will continue to work with her and recommend her highly to anyone who wants to make significant change to the way they communicate with their audiences, create posts with impact and grow their online presence in a sustainable way.”
